Hosta Delta Dawn is a medium-large selection reaching 20"-26" in height and a spread of 42"-48". It features heavily corrugated leaves with wide white margin surrounding a chartreuse gold centre. Hosta 'Delta Dawn' has chartreuse coloured leaves with a wide yellow changing to white margin. This highly sought after and still rare 1995 Kevin Vaughn introduction is an Hosta 'Aztec Treasure' seedling with a very large corrugated chartreuse golden leaf accented by a wide creamy margin that ends in a wavelike swirl at the edges. In late spring, expect the clumps to be topped with light lavender, almost white, flowers on scapes reaching up to 36". Large puckerred gold leaves with a creamy white margin.Loves the sun but the thin leaves means it is not slug resistant.
