Hosta Blue Circle will form a medium sized mound of 14"-18" in height with a width of up to 32" at maturity. It has wide blue-green margins with a yellow centre. In spring the leaves are blue with a lime-green centre. This colour occurs due to the amount of wax on the leaf. As the wax dissipates, the leaves become more blue-green and the centre becomes more yellow. Thick leaves are slightly cupped. Pale lavender, almost white, flowers appear on scapes of up to 30" in late June and last into July. Slug resistant and partially sun tolerant.
