Hosta Blue Stilton will form a medium sized mound of 24"-26" in height, with a spread of up to 38", at maturity. It has deep blue leaves, forming a dense, low growing clump. Its foliage is composed of large-sized leaves, pointed to the top. Their colour is incredibly blue-green, different from other blue varieties. This interesting colour makes Hosta Stilton one of the classic varieties, that appears on the market. The variety is reliable, extremely cold resistant, developing well in shady places. Suitable to fill any shady corner of the garden, where plant species can rarely be grown. Lavender flowers hover above the lovely blue foliage on scapes of up to 36". Slug resistant and sun tolerant but don't let it dry out.
