Hosta Chickadee (Dixie Chickadee) will form a small to medium mound of 10"-14" in height with a spread of up to 30" at maturity. This cultivar has an Hosta sieboldii background and is a non-registered cultivar from Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan. It has elongated, pointed green leaves with a light crean edge. It grows into a small to medium size hosta about 14 inches in height and 30 inches in width. Pure white flowers bloom on 20" scapes in August. Neither slug resistant or sun tolerant.
