Hosta Cool Mouse is a miniature from the Mouse family and will reach 6"-8" in height, with a spread of up to 12" at maturity. It has thick, rounded, blue-green leaves, like you'd expect from a mouse. Each leaf has a yellow margin, but the cool part is the white flash where the yellow edge meets the blue-green centre. Often seen similar markings in other, usually larger Hostas, but this is the first in the mouse family. A wonderful addition to the Mouse family, and a talking point with growers. Lavender flowers appear during July & August on short scapes of about 15". Slug resistant, but prefers dappled shade to sun. A rarely found variety in the marketplace.
