Hosta Emerald Ruff Cut will develop into an upright, medium-sized clump reaching 50cm-65cm in height, with a spread of up to 75cm at maturity. It is considered one of the most aesthetically pleasing Hostas. In spring, its bright greenish-golden yellow to yellow-green leaves feature darker, highly irregular edges. As the season progresses, the leaves become corrugated and narrower, with strongly curled edges. Hosta Emerald Ruff Cut requires slightly more light, and in shaded conditions, it tends to form a sparse clump. During July, pale lavender flowers appear on scapes that can reach up to 75cm in height. This plant will tolerate some sunlight and can actually benefit from it.
