Hosta Formal Attire will form a large mound of 24"-30" in height with a spread of up to 60" at maturity. This is a very smart variety. Large leaves with a good crinkly texture. Wide margins start off cream and fade to white. Forms a fairly open, wide,clump. The large hosta has leaves measuring 9-11" long by 7-8" wide with 12 pairs of veins. Best in a little shade in a big pot or in the ground. Pale lavender flowers appear on 40" scapes, in July and August. Slug resistant and sun tolerant.
