Hosta Radiant Edger will form a small, dense mound, of about 10"- 12" in height,with a spread of up to 32", at maturity. Lots of attractive foliage, that is slightly cupped and very thick. A sport of Hosta Gold Edger with green centres and a wide gold margin. Colours intensify as the season progresses, if sited in good light. Makes a great border plant that can help brighten a dark location. Lavender flowers held on scapes of up to 24" in height in early summer. It grows slowly at first and take 2-3 years to settle in. After this it becomes a faster grower. It is worth the wait though. Give it time to establish. Reasonable sun tolerant and fairly slug resistant.
