Hosta Wide Brim will form a medium mound measuring 36cm-40cm in height, with a spread of up to 100cm at maturity. This Hosta forms an attractive, dome-shaped, medium mound of cordate, rugose, broadly heart-shaped, puckered dark green leaves with a blue tint, widely and irregularly margined with ivory to buttery yellow. From pale lavender-grey buds, violet-striped, pale lavender funnel-shaped flowers emerge on scapes of up to 60cm, from July to August. This Hosta is easy to grow. It is completely slug-resistant and sun tolerant. Additionally, it has been awarded the RHS Award Of Garden Merit.
