Hosta Veronica Lake is the long awaited white-edged form of the wonderful Hosta Pearl Lake. Just like its parent the small clump is symmetrical. Heart-shaped blue-green leaves with cream margins form a nice dense mound. The leaves are slightly cupped at the base and have a nice rippled margin. Vigorous and dependable hosta for the front of the shade garden. Pale lavender flowers on 20" scapes, in summer. Vigorous grower forms perfect mound of 14" tall & 32" wide. A great border plant. A very strong grower and works well in many situations, brightens up a shady border or looks good in an old container or stone trough. Also excellent for drift planting. Does fairly well with some sunshine but avoid midday sun. Not slug resistant.
