Hosta Above the Clouds will develop into a substantial mound, making a height of 60cm to 65cm with an eventual spread of up to 150cm at full maturity. The foliage exhibits a cloudy blue hue, reminiscent of the sky on a rainy summers day. The leaves are cupped and possess a puckered texture, helping it to be slug resistant. Despite its size, it remains relatively compact for a large Hosta. During midsummer, lavender flowers emerge on scapes measuring 95cm in height.
