WHAT IF YOUR PLANT DOES NOT ARRIVE?


Hosta plant sales send all of our plants by Royal Mail 1st Class, this ensures the minimum time in transit. If you have not received your parcel within the next day please contact us immediately so we can try and locate it for you. If your parcel has been misplaced in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please ensure you check your details at the checkout and make sure your delivery address and addition information is all correct. We are unable to offer a refund if the delivery address has been incorrectly inputted and we send the parcel to the wrong address.

WHAT IF YOUR PLANT OR PARCEL ARRIVES DAMAGED?


We mark all of our parcels up as fragile and package our plants so they are as secure and safe as possible. We cannot however avoid any accidental damage that may be cause in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged please take a photograph of the damage and send them to us via email and we send replacements free of charge. We may ask for damaged plants to be returned to us before we are able to send replacements.

WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR ORDER THE WRONG PLANT?


If you have ordered a plant that you have changed your mind about or maybe chose the wrong one please let us know straight away so we can cancel your order before it is sent to you or amend any mistakes.
