Hosta Green Acres will form a substantial mound, reaching 80cm to 90cm in height, with a spread of up to 156cm at maturity. This large green Hosta features prominent veining and wavy margins. The long green leaves, supported by stiff upright petioles, have a cordate base and initially emerge as grey green with a wax coating. As the season progresses, the leaves transform into a shiny green as the wax fades. The undersides of the leaves retain a white appearance due to the wax. This subtle variety is suitable for any garden setting. Pale lavender flowers on 130cm tall scapes appear early in June and last into July. It is recommended to provide this plant with dappled shade.
