Hosta Lemon Delight will form a small mound of just 6"-8" in height, with a spread of up to 30", at maturity. It is a lovely small, easy to grow Hosta. A vigorous grower that forms a dense mound of heavily rippled foliage. Lemon coloured to pale green leaves with a thin wavy gold edge. Best colour comes from being sited in a bright location, maybe near the front of the border. Brighter light brings out the variegation. Excellent border plant, rock garden specimen or container hosta. In mid summer, the clumps are topped with a mass of dark purple flowers on 24" scapes. If planting in the border, it may well be prudent to establish it in a pot for a year or so first, to let it get good and strong. Partly sun tolerant, but not at all slug resistant.
