Hosta Abiqua Drinking Gourd will form a medium mound of 18"-24" in height with a spread of up to 48" at maturity. The deeply cupped and twisted leaves of Hosta Abiqua Drinking Gourd are a nearly round 11" by 11". They have a waxy bloom, are blue-green, and are heavily corrugated. The near white flowers are held on 30" scapes, just above the foliage, during late June & early July. It is reputed to have good slug resistance. It tolerates the sun quite well too.
