Hosta Elizabeth Campbell will form a medium mound of about 22"-28" in height with a spread of up to 40", at maturity. It is an improved form of Hosta Fortunei Albopicta, holding its variegation well into the season. Hosta Elizabeth Campbell has leaves that are much larger and thicker and have more of an elliptical or heart-shape. The mound is fairly compact but still with an open quality. Really stunning in the spring. Lavender flowers appear on 36" long scapes during June & July. Prefers dappled shade, not full sun and is not slug resistant.
