Hosta Ruffled Mouse Ears will form a miniature mound reaching 15cm to 20cm in height and can spread up to 40cm at full maturity. This variety, part of the mouse family, displays blue-green leaves with lighter, ruffled edges. As the foliage matures, it transitions from blue-green to dark green, characterized by rippled and frilled margins. It produces purple flowers on 25cm scapes from July through August. Due to its thick substance, this Hosta is slug resistant. Although it can tolerate sunlight, it performs best in dappled shade. Note: Miniature Hostas should be potted in well-draining compost.
