Hosta Jiminy Cricket will form a miniature mound of just 6"-8" in height, with a spread of up to 18", at maturity. It forms a small of small, wavy chartreuse foliage, slightly waxy, that emerge yellow in spring and but will turn lime-green in summer if grown in too much shade. Give it a little sun and it will stay yellow. A fast growing Hosta that is perfect for the front of a border, or as a small container with other mini's. Lavender flowers appear, held well above the mound, on scapes of up to 24"in June and lasts into July. Prefers a little sun, but not slug resistant.
