Hosta Lemon Lime forms a miniature mound of about 10"-14" in height, with a spread of up to 36", at maturity. It features a mound of flat, lance-shaped, chartreuse leaves. A dependable and versatile Hosta requiring little care. Grown primarily for its beautiful foliage which provides colour, contrast and texture to the landscape. Attractive, wavy lance-shaped leaves that form a dense mound of chartreuse foliage. Leaves emerge bright yellow in spring and will hold a good yellow colour if grown in a bright location. If grown in more shade, the bright yellow leaves in spring will be chartreuse to lime-green in summer. Vigorous grower that makes a great border plant. An abundance of bell-shaped, bright purple-striped flowers appear on 20" scapes, in mid-summer. Will re-bloom in September especially if first flush of spent flowers are removed.
