Hosta Lemon Lime will form a compact mound ranging from 25cm to 36cm in height, with a spread of up to 90cm at maturity. It displays a collection of flat, lance-shaped, chartreuse leaves. The wavy, lance-shaped leaves create a dense mound of chartreuse foliage, emerging as bright yellow in spring and retaining a good yellow hue if grown in bright conditions. In more shaded areas, the bright yellow leaves transition to a chartreuse or lime-green shade in summer. During mid-summer, an abundance of bell-shaped, bright purple-striped flowers bloom on 50cm scapes and may re-bloom in September, particularly if the first flush of spent flowers is removed. This Hosta is sun tolerant. Note: Miniature Hostas should be potted in well-draining compost.
