Hosta Lemonade will form a small mound of about 10"-12" in height, with a spread of up to 30", at maturity. It is a low growing, but medium spreading Hosta, forming a low, wide mound of spoon-shaped yellow to pale green leaves, that have pale purple flowers held on tall 32" scapes, in late summer, and grows in semi shade and full shade. Probably a sieboldii background. Its growth rate is medium and there are no details regarding slug resistant. I suggest that by the look and texture of the leaves, that it is not slug tolerant. The pale coloured leaves will probably enjoy a little sunshine during the day, but to be on the safe side, avoid hot midday sun.
