Hosta Lemonade forms a small mound, reaching approximately 25cm-30cm in height and spreading up to 75cm at maturity. It is a low-growing but medium-spreading Hosta, characterized by a broad, low mound of spoon-shaped leaves that range from yellow to pale green. In late summer, it produces pale purple flowers on tall scapes that can reach 80cm. This plant thrives in semi-shade to full shade environments and likely has a sieboldii lineage. Its growth rate is moderate. The pale-coloured leaves may benefit from some sunlight during the day, but it is advisable to avoid exposure to intense midday sun.
