Hosta Sun Mouse will form a small mound, reaching a height of 15cm-20cm and spreading up to 30cm at maturity. It is similar to Blue Mouse Ears but features brilliant yellow leaves and is slightly shorter and wider. The bright yellow foliage gives the plant an appearance of glowing with inner happiness. In mid-summer, purple flowers emerge on scapes that extend up to 45cm above the distinctive golden foliage. Strangely Hosta Sun Mouse is not very sun tolerant. Note: Miniature Hostas should be potted in well-draining compost.
