Hosta Trendsetter will form a medium to large clump, reaching a height of 30cm-36cm, and can spread up to 100cm at maturity. Hosta Trendsetter is a Walters Gardens release of a Hans Hanson hybrid that originated from a cross of the gigantic Hosta Empress Wu and a streaked Hosta Niagara Falls. Hosta Trendsetter features green, heart-shaped leaves with bold yellow margins that transition to creamy white over the summer. The subtly rippled edges enhance its striking variegation. Pale lavender flowers bloom on scapes measuring 80cm in height, from early to midsummer. Additionally, this Hosta is slug resistant.
