Hosta Devon Gold will form a small to medium mound reaching 25cm-35cm in height with a spread of up to 50cm at maturity. The plant features butter-yellow leaves with a slight green hue and produces dark purple flowers that rise above the slightly wavy foliage on 55cm scapes. It thrives in dappled shade, avoiding direct sunlight. While the flowers aren't fragrant, their deep purple colouration contrasts beautifully with the yellow-green leaves.
