Hosta Goldring will form a large mound of 55-60cm, with a spread of up to 115cm by the time it reaches maturity. Hosta Goldring is a sport of Hosta Blaugold. Introduced by Marco & Joyce Fransen, it has green leaves with a rippled yellow margin, slightly arching habit when larger. It has pale purple flowers in July & August held on scapes of 90cm. It will grow in sun and shade, showing some sun tolerance.
