Hosta Talcott Ravine forms an upright, large clump reaching a height of 45cm-55cm and spreading up to 100cm at maturity. This Hosta variety is characterized by its greenish-yellow, arching foliage. The plant features very tall and rigid petioles that support long, arching yellow leaves with rippled margins. Initially emerging as yellow, the leaves gradually turn lime green as the season progresses. The tall petioles give the plant a more upright appearance. It can tolerate some sunlight, which helps maintain its yellow hue. Lavender flowers bloom on long scapes, reaching up to 90cm in height, from July to August.
