Hosta Veronica Lake is a small to medium-sized plant, reaching 30cm-36cm in height with a spread of up to 80cm at maturity. This variety is characterized by its white-edged form, derived from the esteemed Hosta Pearl Lake. Similar to its parent, this cultivar forms a symmetrical, dense clump. The heart-shaped, blue-green leaves feature cream margins and create a visually appealing mound. The leaves are slightly cupped at the base and exhibit a gently rippled margin. This robust and reliable Hosta is well-suited for the front of shaded gardens and produces pale lavender flowers on 50cm tall scapes during June and July. Additionally, it is an excellent choice for drift planting. While the plant tolerates some sunshine, it thrives best when shielded from the intense midday sun.
