Hosta Dry Ice is a medium-sized Hosta that reaches a height of 50cm-60cm and a spread of up to 90cm at maturity. This variety is the all-blue form of Hosta Kiwi Full Monty, maintaining its blue coloration throughout the season. Though it grows rapidly, it may take several seasons to establish fully. The leaves are substantial, providing resistance to slugs, and feature a light bloom that enhances sun tolerance. Pale lavender flowers emerge on 90cm scapes in mid-July and last into August. While Hosta Dry Ice is resistant to slugs and tolerates some sun exposure, it should be protected from the midday sun.
