Hosta Anna Lindh forms a small to medium-sized mound, reaching a height of 30cm to 38cm and a spread of up to 60cm at maturity. The foliage emerges in the spring with a blue-green hue, initially exhibiting an ordinary shape and colour. As the season progresses, the leaves gradually lighten from the centre outward, transitioning through shades of chartreuse, yellow, and occasionally nearly white. The leaf margins remain green but do not display the typical variegation seen in other Hostas. Instead, the green often follows the veins at the tip of the leaf and extends up the central vein at the base. Lavender flowers with pale white stripes bloom from mid-August to October, held on scapes reaching up to 100cm in height.
