Hosta Aragorn will form a medium to large sized Hosta of 40cm - 45cm in height, with a mature spread of up to 82cm. The leaves are heart-shaped, upright and cupped blue leaves with a slightly wavy border. The long pointed leaves are folded upward and are very blue.  It is a medium speed grower. It produces lavender blooms atop of up to 75cm tall blue flower scapes from July into August. Slug resistant. Its unique name pays homage to J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings.
