Hosta China Girl will form a vase shaped plant of some 18"-24" in height, with a spread of up to 24" at maturity. This is a fast growing, medium-sized plant, with undulating shiny green leaves held on deep red petioles makes a very upright, semi vase-shaped clump. Purple flowers on long scapes appear on 30" scapes, in July. Very fertile specimen. A very flirty disposition, overall! Needs some sun to maintain red petioles but is not slug resistant.
