Hosta Cool as a Cucumber will form a medium mound approximately 65cm-75cm in height, with a spread of up to 125cm at maturity. Larger than its parent overall, its foliage is notably upright in youth, but quickly develops into a gracefully arching mound. The leaves are also of greater substance than its parent. It features lanceolate, drooping foliage with a white centre and dark green margins, highlighted by paler green darts into the white. The flowers, which are nearly white, & bloom on 100cm scapes in July.
