Hosta Crusader will form a low, medium mound of 12"-18" in height with a spread of up to 42" at maturity. It has slightly blue-green leaves, in colour, accented with white to chartreuse, irregularly-shaped margins. Hosta Crusader is a medium-sized variegated hosta that forms neat clumps. Its heart-shaped leaves have good substance and are puckered and ribbed. Excellent substance to the leaves making it very slug resistant. Can also tolerate some sun because of the blue element in the leaves. Pale lavender, scented flowers appear on scapes of 26" from July to August.
