Hosta Enchiladas will form a substantial mound measuring between 55cm and 60cm in height, with a spread reaching up to 90cm upon maturity. This Hosta, derived from Hosta Avocado, and features a broader gold centre. The leaves are glossy yellow with a dark green margin, exhibiting a thick texture with slight shine and corrugation. It is recommended to provide Hosta Enchiladas with brighter than dappled shade. It is a robust Hosta with an excellent growth rate, maintaining its vigour late into the season and being one of the last varieties to enter dormancy. In June and July, very fragrant white flowers bloom on 80cm scapes. It is sun tolerant and resistant to slugs.
