Hosta Queen Josephine will form a medium size clump of about 16" -18" in height, with a spread of up to 40", at maturity. It is a clump-forming, bearing ovate to heart-shaped, glossy, dark green leaves with wide, irregular, creamy yellow margins that fade to white with age. Funnel-shaped, lavender-blue flowers are borne on leafy scapes of up to 30" tall, in mid- to late summer.  Hosta Queen Josephine is a sport of Hosta Josephine.  A vigorous grower with thick leaves that shines in the Hosta garden. Can handle a good amount of sun here in the UK. Good slug resistance.
