Hosta Wisconsin Red will form a mound of 40-50cm in height , with a spread of up to 80cm at maturity. It is an upright Hosta. The ovate leaves are moderately wavy and moderately folded. A key trait of this plant is that the dark purplish colour in the petioles extends well up into the leaf blade and last all summer. Prefers partial shade. Lavender flowers appear in July & August with red scapes of up to 80cm holding up the bloom. Part of our Special Collection.
