Hosta Silver Wedding will form a medium mound of 35-40cm in height, with a spread of up to 80cm at maturity. It is one of the first plants to emerge in the spring and among the last to die down in the autumn. It is a nice blue, obviously the wax does fade during the late summer, but it lasts a long time and doesn't scorch like Hosta Halcyon or the sieboldiana types. Nice vase shaped mound of rippled and twisted silver-blue foliage. Pointed blue leaves with wavy margins. The leaves are long and come to a distinct point.     It is one of the first plants to emerge in the spring and among the last to die down in the autumn. The clump seems to dance in the garden with all the twisting. The flowers are quite delicate, pale lavender, almost pink and appear in July & August aloft scapes of 70cm long. This Hosta is also slug resistant.
