Hosta Skylight will form a medium mound of 35-45cm in height, with a spread of up to 120cm at maturity. It has exceptional blue colour which is hard to explain. This is not the bluest cultivar, but definitively one of the nicest blue cultivars. Rounded, heavy leaves develop some light puckering and are a vibrant baby-blue that stands out among other blue plants. A must-have if you are a fan of blue hostas. Thick and corrugated leaves loaded with leaf wax make this blue Hosta shine in spring. This slug resistant, medium growing Hosta prefers partial to full shade. It sports almost white blooms on blue scapes of 70cm long during June through to August.
