Hosta Smiling Mouse will form a miniature mound of just 6"-8" in height, with a spread of up to 14", at maturity. Hosta Smilling Mouse is one of the more recent additions to the family of "mouse" Hosta. It has blue-green leaves with a very wavy greenish-yellow margin that change to white. The leaves are curled with creamy white border. The blue-green leaves have a chartreuse margin in the spring that turns almost pure white by large summer. Overlapping grey streaks, where margin and centre meet. Some leaves fold in half. Overall just a very beautiful introduction! Lavender flowers top the clump, held aloft on 16" scapes, from late June to July. Slug resistant and fairly sun tolerant.
