Hosta My Marianne forms a loose mound of about 10"-14" in height with a spread of up to 20" at maturity. Substance and colour gives this small to medium hosta a different look. Medium green leaves with a distinct creamy white margin. In mid to late summer the centre of the leaf becomes heavily misted with green. Leaves will be a subtle two-toned green in late summer. Although the brightest colour is in spring, this hosta looks good all season. Light lavender flowers on 20" scapes appear in July. It is not slug resistant or sun tolerant. It is an attractive hybrid of 'Amy Aden' X 'Filagree' from Patrick Lydon excellent in containers and in the garden.
