Hosta Dinner Mint will form a compact clump measuring 15cm to 20cm in height and can spread up to 40cm upon maturity. This variety is a sport of Hosta Lemontini. Hosta Dinner Mint emerges in the spring with vibrant yellow leaves edged in dark green. As the season progresses, the yellow foliage turns chartreuse, while the smooth, glossy leaves remain visually appealing. When grown with some sunlight, the leaf centres may display a brighter yellow hue. This attractive small Hosta blooms with purple flowers on reddish-purple scapes reaching up to 30cm tall during July and August. It is partially sun tolerant.
