Hosta Arc de Triomphe forms a large elegant clump of 26"-34" in height with a spread of up to 40" at maturity. Its height makes it ideal for planting in the middle or back of a bed or border. Thick substance, wavy, corrugated and slightly shiny leaves forms a large, arching vase-shaped clump with dark green, heart shaped leaves with variable yellow margins. Margin turns pure white by summer. Pale lavender flowers held on scapes of up to 40" tall, from mid to late July holding into August. It is one of those plants that only reveals its true beauty when it reaches maturity. Thick corrugated leaves make this variety slug resistant. Is partial to dappled shade to full shade.
