Hosta Cotillion will form a small-sized plant with a mound reaching a height of 10cm to 15cm and spreading up to 20cm at maturity. It features forest green centres with narrow cream edges. The leaves are dull on the top and shiny underneath. They are slightly wavy, possess good substance, and are ovate with a rounded base. The tubular flowers, light purple in colour with a darker purple stripe, bloom on 30cm scapes during June and July. The seeds are reported to be viable for those interested in saving them. This variety is slug resistant and sun tolerant.
