Hosta Diamond Lake will form a large mound of 21"-24" in height and up to 48" in width at maturity. It has thick, heart-shaped, & eventually, heavily corrugated blue leaves, up to 9" long. A large stately, heart-shaped Hosta with stunning steely blue/grey, to silver leaves, with beautifully rippled margins ensure this Hosta won’t fade into the background of your garden. You’ll easily spot it from quite a distance as it shines as a focal point. Bell-shaped, pale lavender blooms appear in early to midsummer, rising on scapes up to 28" tall. But the primary contribution of this Hosta is its lovely foliage. Slug resistant too, but best kept in dappled shade. This is part of our Special Collection.
