Hosta Eye Declare will form a mound reaching 40cm-45cm in height, with an eventual spread of up to 90cm at maturity. This medium-sized specimen is noted for its vibrant colouration in spring, featuring bright yellow rounded leaves bordered by a narrow, streaky dark-green margin that transitions to chartreuse in the summer. In July and August, lavender flowers bloom from darker buds on 75cm scapes. Hosta Eye Declare rarely suffers from slug attacks. It can tolerate morning sun, but midday and afternoon sun exposure should be avoided.
