Hosta Independence will form a medium sized mound of 18" -21" in height, with a spread of up to 25", at maturity. This  is a unique, mid-sized specimen that really stands out from the crowd. The reverse of Hosta Revolution. Each clump is composed of sturdy, dark green, heart-shaped leaves with a wide, creamy white edge, speckled with green flecks. The attractive clumps are topped in June & July, with 26" tall spikes of lavender flowers. Great slug resistance. Plant where it can get morning sun to bring out the rich colours. Too much sun and it may scorch.
