Hosta Eclipse will reach a very large vase-shaped mound of 28"-30" in height with a spread of up to 62" at maturity. It has large blue green leaves with a wide golden yellow margin. Slightly folded, very wavy and corrugated leaves add to it's attraction. Not a well known Hosta or even readily available, but still looks good as a specimen plant in a container or border. Near white flowers are held on 38" scapes in late June lasting into the middle of July. Tough leaves make it slug resistant and it doesn't mind some sunshine.
