This variety will come roaring to life in early spring as one of the first Hostas to emerge. The name says it all! Hosta Gigantosaurus will form a giant mound of 70-80cm in height, with a spread of up to 190cm at maturity. Large blue leaves have a wavy buttery yellow margin. In summer yellow margins turn to creamy white. The large leaves are moderately corrugated with deeply impressed veins. It will be a dominant feature where ever you plant it, so give it plenty of room. This is thought to be one of the largest variegated Hostas on the market. Pale lavender flowers first begin appearing in early in June & July and are held just above the foliage on scapes of up to 150cm. It would also appear to be slug resistant. This is one not to miss! Part of our Special Collection.
