Hosta Funny Mouse will form a miniature mound of just 6"-8" in height, with a spread of up to 12", at maturity. It is the reverse variegation of Hosta Snow Mouse, so the plants will emerge with a clear white (not creamy) border surrounding a blue-green centred leaf and the border will be fairly wide. Distinctive for its deeply cupped foliage, this is a large, nicely spread Hosta. The blue-green leaves are puckered in texture, and very large with an almost round shape. A great little plant with those perfectly proportioned lavender flowers held on short scapes of 12"-14" held just above the mound, during July & August. As with most mouse Hostas this one is slug resistant and sun tolerant. Hosta Funny Mouse comes to the mouse family from Marco Fransen.
