Hosta Allegan Fog will form a small to medium sized, slightly open mound of 15"-20" in height with a spread of up to 44" at maturity. This is a unique misted hosta that has white centred leaves, edged in medium green. In the spring, the white centre is misted with tiny green speckles, giving it is “foggy” look. The centre turns to a light greenish colour later in the season. The leaves are twisted and folded, wavy. Lavender flowers that are striped, tubular and bloom in from late June to mid July, held on 30" tall scapes. It is neither slug resistant, nor sun tolerant. This is a pretty unusual looking Hosta for anyones collection.
