The Hosta Blitz is a medium-sized mound-forming plant, reaching a height of 45cm to 55cm with a spread of up to 65cm at full maturity. This variety is a sport of Sugar and Spice. It has shiny dark green foliage with creamy-yellow margins, forming an aesthetically pleasing compact dome.   The margins emerge yellow and slowly fade to white by late summer. The flowers, borne on scapes reaching up to 75cm in height, are a pale lavender, almost white, and has a pleasant fragrance. Best grown in partial shade.
